dc.description.abstractΗ πτυχιακή αυτή εργασία σκοπό έχει την εναρμόνιση του Ν. 2190/20 περί ανώνυμων εταιρειών με το Ν. 3604/2007. Με το νόμο αυτό επήλθαν αλλαγές στα όργανα διοίκησης στην ανώνυμη εταιρεία ,τους μετόχους, το μετοχικό κεφάλαιο, τις δημοσιεύσεις κλπ. Αναλυτικότερα θα εξετάστεί παρακάτω η ίδρυση των ΑΕ από νομική, φορολογική και λογιστική άποψη.el
