Η εργασία αυτή παρουσιάζει τους τρόπους σύστασης και λειτουργίας εταιρειών. Πιο συγκεκριμένα αφορά ανώνυμες εταιρείες (ΑΕ), εταιρείες περιορισμένης ευθύνης (ΕΠΕ) και ομόρρυθμες εταιρείες (ΟΕ). Εξετάζεται η διανομή κερδών ανώνυμης εταιρείας.

This project presents the procedures for the establishment and operation of all types of individual companies. More specifically concerns stock companies (SA), limited liability partnerships (LLP) and general partnerships (GP). Examines the distribution of profits of stock company.
