| Abstract: | Η εργασία αυτή παρουσιάζει τους τρόπους σύστασης και λειτουργίας όλων των τύπων ατομικών εταιρειών. Πιο συγκεκριμένα αφορά ανώνυμες εταιρείες (ΑΕ), εταιρείες περιορισμένης ευθύνης (ΕΠΕ), ετερόρρυθμες εταιρείες (ΕΕ) και ομόρρυθμες εταιρείες (ΟΕ). Εξετάζεται η σύσταση και λειτουργία τους, η λύση και εκκαθάριση και η διοίκησή τους. This project presents the procedures for the establishment and operation of all types of individual companies. More specifically concerns stock companies (SA), limited liability partnerships (LLP), limited partnerships (LP) and general partnerships (GP). Examines the establishment and operation, dissolution and liquidation and their administration. |
