Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ανώνυμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση όλων των διαδικασιών ίδρυσης και λειτουργίας, μέσω της πραγμάτωσης ίδρυσης εικονικής βιοτεχνικής ανώνυμης εταιρείας.	el
