Modern forms of funding and the possibilities of evaluation of the Greek enterprises as a way to address the economic crisis

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyze the global economic crisis and the impact of this on the Greek economy. The financial crisis is now one of the major issues that concern citizens and businesses not only the Greek economy but also worldwide. The main objective of this paper is to study the concepts of five contemporary forms of financing, the Leasing, the Venture Capital, of Factoring, Forfaiting and of Franchising. The methodology that based on the work is theoretical, through the analysis of the definitions and practical, through the analysis for each form separately, in terms of our country and the exploitation of these types of financing by Greek businesses amid the crisis.

Σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής είναι η ανάλυση της παγκόσμιας οικονομικής κρίσης και οι επιπτώσεις αυτής στην ελληνική οικονομία. Η χρηματοοικονομική κρίση αποτελεί σήμερα ένα από τα σημαντικότερα ζητήματα που απασχολούν πολίτες και επιχειρήσεις όχι μόνο της ελληνικής οικονομίας αλλά και παγκοσμίως. Βασικός στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη των εννοιών πέντε σύγχρονων μορφών χρηματοδότησης, του Leasing, του Venture Capital, του Factoring, του Forfaiting και του Franchising. Η μεθοδολογία βάση της οποίας πραγματοποιήθηκε η εργασία είναι θεωρητική, μέσα από την ανάλυση των ορισμών, καθώς και πρακτική, μέσα από την ανάλυση για κάθε μία μορφή ξεχωριστά, σε ότι αφορά την χώρα μας και την αξιοποίηση των θεσμών αυτών από τις ελληνικές επιχειρήσεις εν μέσω κρίσης.
