dc.description.abstractΣτην παρούσα πτυχιακή γίνεται συνοπτική παρουσίαση για το ισχύον καθεστώς που αφορά τις ομόρρυθμες εταιρείες. Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση της ίδρυσης και λειτουργίας ομόρρυθμης βιοτεχνικής εταιρείας, ενώ έπειτα σε επί μέρους λογιστικές της εγγραφές. Τέλος, η εργασία κλείνει με τα συμπεράσματα της μελέτης αυτής.el
