Establishment and quarterly accounting monitoring of a construction limited liability partnership with books category C

Abstract

Subject of the thesis are the limited liability partnerships, and more specifically, a company L.L.P. operating in the construction industry. Reference is made in the general data relating to LLP, what type of company it is and the basic characteristics. They will analyzed the advantages and disadvantages as well as the organs of the LLP. Then will developed step by step the establishment of the company, from the drafting of the Statute until the presentation of the books to the competent tax authority for approval. Finally deals with the establishment of a LLP company and verify its accounting for three months, to inform through practical application.

Αντικείμενο της πτυχιακής είναι οι εταιρείες περιορισμένης ευθύνης και πιο συγκεκριμένα, μία εταιρεία ΕΠΕ που δραστηριοποιείται στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο. Αναφορά γίνεται στα γενικά στοιχεία που αφορούν την ΕΠΕ, τι είδους μορφή εταιρείας είναι και τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά της. Θα αναλυθούν τα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματά της καθώς επίσης και τα όργανα της ΕΠΕ. Έπειτα θα αναπτυχθεί βήμα-βήμα η σύσταση της εταιρείας, από τη σύνταξη του σχεδίου του καταστατικού έως και τη προσκόμιση των βιβλίων στην αρμόδια ΔΟΥ για θεώρηση. Τέλος αφορά την ίδρυση μια εταιρείας ΕΠΕ και την παρακολούθηση της λογιστικά για τρεις μήνες, με σκοπό την ενημέρωση μέσω της πρακτικής εφαρμογής.
