| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to describe the general form of e-banking and the possibilities that offers as well as the advantages and disadvantages of e-banking for users and for the banks themselves. Case study is the Geniki Bank. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να περιγράψει τη γενικότερη μορφή του e-banking και τις δυνατότητες που αυτό προσφέρει, καθώς και τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματα του e-banking τόσο για τους χρήστες του όσο και για τις ίδιες τις τράπεζες. Μελέτη περίπτωσης αποτελεί η Γενική Τράπεζα. |
