dc.description.abstractΗ εργασία αφορά τις προσωπικές εταιρείες, δηλαδή τις ομόρρυθμες και ετερόρρυθμες εταιρείες. Τα πλεονεκτήματα που έχουν οι προσωπικές εταιρείες είναι ουσιώδη κυρίως για τις μικρές και μέσου μεγέθους αγροτικές, βιοτεχνικές και εμπορικές επιχειρήσεις, στις οποίες η προσωπική επίβλεψη και πρωτοβουλία είναι μεγάλης σημασίας. Με βάση τα παραπάνω γίνεται μελέτη της ίδρυσης μιας ατομικής λιανικής επιχείρησης πώλησης ενδυμάτων με βιβλία Γ’ κατηγορίας, μέσω της τριμηνιαίας παρακολούθησης των βιβλίων της και της σύνταξης της φορολογίας εισοδήματος.el
