Abstract

This thesis refers to the definition of the company, the concept of a stock company, its features, its organs of administration, as well as its advantages. Reference is made in the taxation and profit distribution as well as in annual financial statements. The following are the opening inventory and records of the financial transactions in the last quarter of the year and the actions for ending the use.

Η παρούσα πτυχιακή αναφέρεται στον ορισμός της εταιρείας, στην έννοια της ανώνυμης εταιρίας, τα χαρακτηριστικά της, τα όργανά διοίκησής της , καθώς επίσης και τα πλεονεκτήματά της. Γίνεται αναφορά στη φορολογία και διάθεση κερδών καθώς επίσης και στις ετήσιες οικονομικές καταστάσεις. Στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζονται η απογραφή έναρξης, καθώς και στοιχεία των οικονομικών συναλλαγών κατά το τελευταίο τρίμηνο του έτους και οι ενέργειες για το κλείσιμο της χρήσης.
