Abstract

The human kind was always in the need of communicating with people around him. Through time and technological development he conquered the privilege of telecommunication, the privilege to maintain the contact (to keep in touch) with people that he wants, regardless the place that everyone is. In our days this is happening through the telephone device, more specifically, through the “telephone” or “mobile phone”, Internet etc. Every business has to be a step forward from its competitor businesses, if wishes, not only the survival, but the development of the business. Making the vision reality, the business must be informed and ready to cope with the buying public and the rapid technological evolution, it has to be capable of informing the clients about the product or the services that can provide, of anticipating and innovating. The business must train properly and frequently the workforce, it must control and meliorate the workers relations and create incentives for more creative work. Also, the company must have the opportunity to inform the client or any competent association for its economical profile and the financial situation. This can be achieved through the business’s marketing, management and accounting. Especially, in businesses that operates telecommunication, such as HTO (OTE) , the continuous training to those that have already mentioned above and the progressive inform of the qualified people at each respective branch, plays a key-role for its proper and successful operation, profitability and good reputation.
