Τα θέματα τα οποία αναλύονται είναι η έννοια της ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, η ίδρυση της, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η λειτουργία και διοίκηση της. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται ανάλυση της ίδρυσης και λειτουργίας ομόρρυθμης εταιρείας, καθώς και στις λογιστικές εγγραφές. Τέλος, η εργασία κλείνει με τα συμπεράσματα της μελέτης αυτής.el

The issues that discussed are the concept of a general partnership, its establishment, its features and operation and management. Then it refers to the establishment and operating of a general partnership and in the accounting records. Finally, the paper ends with the conclusions of this study.el
