Abstract

In this thesis, the reader has the opportunity to be informed about the importance and role of an integrated information system in a company. It describes the evolution of the information system in time and particular emphasis is given to the moment of the first appearance of MRP through the latest technology Cloud computing Saas (Software as a services).

Με την παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, ο αναγνώστης έχει την δυνατότητα να πληροφορηθεί για τη σημασία και τον ρόλο που παίζει ένα ολοκληρωμένο πληροφοριακό σύστημα σε μια επιχείρηση. Περιγράφεται η εξέλιξη του πληροφοριακού συστήματος μέσα στο χρόνο και ειδικότερα δίνεται έμφαση στη στιγμή της πρώτης εμφάνισης του MRP έως και την πλέον σύγχρονη τεχνολογία Cloud computing Saas (Software as a services).
