Αναλύονται τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα οφέλη του και ο τρόπος με τον οποίο μπορούν να αξιοποιηθούν μέσω των επιδοτούμενων κοινοτικών προγραμμάτων. Ως παράδειγμα εξετάζεται η περίπτωση του "Αρχοντικού Τάτης" στο χωριό Σισάνι του νομού Κοζάνης.el
