| Abstract: | Η πτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως θέμα της την εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού.Γίνεται αναφορά στον τρόπο με τον οποίο η επιχείρηση θα εντάξει τον εκπαιδευμένο ομαλά στην επιχείρηση και τα βήματα τα οποία θα πρέπει να ακολουθεί.Επίσης καταγράφεται ο τρόπος με τον οποίο μπορεί η επιχείρηση να εκπαιδεύσει το ήδη υπάρχον προσωπικό της. |
