ΝΕΟΓΝΑ-ΕΝΔΟΝΟΣΟΚΟΜΕΙΑΚΕΣ ΛΟΙΜΩΞΕΙΣ- ΝΟΣΗΛΕΥΤΙΚΗ ΑΝΤΙΜΕΤΩΠΙΣΗ

Abstract

This project describes the main hospital infections of newborn babies. The 1st chapter contains general information on hospital infections and their causes, definition and epidemiology are described. The 2nd chapter describes in detail the newborn baby infections, as well as their causes, diagnosis, treatment and prevention -if possible to tell. The 3rd chapter presents the criteria for the introduction of newborn babies in intensive care unit, the hospitalization level and the infant incubator types. Finally, the 4th chapter focuses on the infection prevention, the intensive care units and the role of nurses.

Στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται προσπάθεια περιγραφής των κυριότερων ενδονοσοκομειακών λοιμώξεων των νεογνών. Στο 1ο κεφάλαιο, γίνεται μια μικρή αναφορά περί ενδονο-σοκομειακών λοιμώξεων γενικά. Περιγράφονται τα αίτια, ορι-σμός και η επιδημιολογία. Στο 2ο κεφάλαιο περιγράφονται αναλυτικά οι λοιμώξεις των νεογνών, με τα αίτια, τη διάγνωση, τη θεραπεία και όπου είναι εφικτό, την πρόληψη. Στο 3ο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα κριτήρια εισαγωγής νε-ογνών στη ΜΕΝ, τα επίπεδα νοσηλείας και τα είδη θερμοκοιτίδων. Τέλος, το 4ο κεφάλαιο εστιάζεται στην πρόληψη των λοιμώξεων, στις ΜΕΝ και στο ρόλο που διαδραματίζουν οι νοσηλευτές.
