Σύγχρονα τεστ και μηχανήματα αξιολόγησης ισορροπίας. Η συμβολή τους στη φυσικοθεραπεία

Abstract

In the present work studied the improve of the ability of balance, which is based on correct evaluation with special methods and measuring tools. The purpose of this study was to investigate the modern ways to assess the balance via electronic devices and special test. The material came from print and electronic literature search and assessed. In conclusion, it appears that modern systems such pelmatografoi, balance platforms, proprioception discs, especially test and scales such as the Timed "Up and Go", the Dynamic Gait Index, Berg Balance Scale, the Tinetti Performance Oriented Mobility Assesment can provide reliable information on the balance of man and help in the creation, monitoring and therapeutic success of any rehabilitation program. Reliability has been demonstrated for the Berg Balance Scale and the Tinetti Performance Oriented Mobility Assesment.

Στην παρούσα εργασία μελετάται η βελτίωση της ικανότητας της ισορροπίας, η οποία στηρίζεται στη σωστή αξιολόγησή της με ειδικές μεθόδους και εργαλεία μέτρησης. Σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής ήταν να διερευνηθούν οι σύγχρονοι τρόποι αξιολόγησης της ισορροπίας μέσω ηλεκτρονικών συσκευών και ειδικών τεστ. Το υλικό προήλθε από έντυπη και ηλεκτρονική βιβλιογραφική αναζήτηση και αξιολογήθηκε. Συμπερασματικά, προέκυψε ότι σύγχρονα συστήματα όπως πελματογράφοι, πλατφόρμες ισορροπίας, δίσκοι ιδιοδεκτικότητας, ειδικά τεστ και κλίμακες όπως είναι το Timed “Up and Go”, το Dynamic Gait Index, Berg Balance Scale, το Tinetti Performance Oriented Mobility Assesment μπορούν να δώσουν αξιόπιστες πληροφορίες για την ισορροπία του ανθρώπου καθώς και να βοηθήσουν στην δημιουργία, παρακολούθηση και επιτυχία κάθε θεραπευτικού προγράμματος αποκατάστασης. Αξιοπιστία έχει δειχθεί για τα Berg Balance Scale και το Tinetti Performance Oriented Mobility Assesment.
