Lumbar disc herniation of lumbar spine

Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of herniated intervertebral disc. Initially given brief anatomical and physiological elements of the spine. Then presented the main features of the proposed condition and ways of diagnosis. Finally, the extensive physical therapy intervention is shown to address these lesions.

Στην παρούσα εργασία αντιμετωπίζεται το θέμα της κήλης μεσοσπνδύλιου δίσκου. Αρχικώς, δίνονται συνοπτικά ανατομικά και φυσιολογικά στοιχεία της σπονδυλικής στήλης. Ακολούθως παρουσιάζονται τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά της μελετώμενης πάθησης και οι τρόποι διάγνωσης. Τέλος παρουσιάζεται εκτεταμένα η φυσικοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση για την αντιμετώπιση των εν λόγω βλαβών.
