| dc.description.abstract | Στην εργασία μου αυτή λοιπόν έγινε προσπάθεια κατανόησης των βασικών αρχών της βιολογίας του οστού, των παθογενετικών μηχανισμών, της κλινικής εικόνας και της θεραπευτικής αντιμετώπισης της οστεοπόρωσης. Επιπλέον, επισημαίνεται ο ρόλος της φυσικοθεραπείας στην πρόληψη και τη θεραπεία του οστεοπορωτικού συνδρόμου και περιγράφεται η συμβολή της άσκησης στην αντιμετώπιση αυτού του προβλήματος. Παρατίθενται εδώ λοιπόν στην εργασία γνώσεις της όσο το δυνατόν πιο σύγχρονης βιβλιογραφίας από βιβλία, άρθρα επιστημονικών περιοδικών, όπως επίσης και από το Διαδίκτυο (ίντερνετ). | el |
