| Abstract: | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αναφέρεται στην ανάπτυξη των καρπών της μηλιάς και της αχλαδιάς, καθώς και στις φυσικοχημικές μεταβολές στις οποίες αυτοί υπόκεινται. Συγκεκριμένα, αναφέρονται τα στάδια και οι τρόποι ανάπτυξης των καρπών αυτών (λίπανση, κλάδεμα, άρδευση, καλλιεργητικές τεχνικές), καθώς και οι ασθένειές τους. The present work deals with the growth of apple and pear-tree fruits, as well as their physico-chemical alterations. Concretely, the stages and the ways of the fruit's growth (fertilization, lopping, irrigation, farming techniques)and their diseases are reported. |
