dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work are, the presentation dekatessaron from the mainer lachanokomika plants aestival and wintry period that are cultivated in the hellenic space and the determination of key of each one of them. Initially is given the definition of systematic botany, becomes determination of plants with keys and their systematic classification. Afterwards, are presented the morphological characteristics of lachanokomikon plants the aestival and wintry period and become extensive analysis of each vegetable separately.el
dc.description.abstractΟ σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής είναι, η παρουσίαση δεκατεσσάρων από τα κυριότερα λαχανοκομικά φυτά θερινής και χειμερινής περιόδου που καλλιεργούνται στον ελλαδικό χώρο και ο προσδιορισμός της κλείδας καθενός από αυτά. Αρχικά δίνεται ο ορισμός της συστηματικής βοτανικής, γίνεται προσδιορισμός των φυτών με κλείδες και η συστηματική τους κατάταξη. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζονται τα μορφολογικά χαρακτηριστικά των λαχανοκομικών φυτών της θερινής και χειμερινής περιόδου και γίνεται εκτεταμένη ανάλυση του κάθε λαχανικού ξεχωριστά.el
