Η παρούσα πτυχιακή έχει σκοπό τη μελέτη και καταγραφή της πρόθεσης χρήσης των ελλήνων καταναλωτών, της υπηρεσίας PayPal.
Αρχικά, γίνεται μια σύντομη αναφορά στα θέματα που αφορούν το PayPal, όπως τη δημιουργία λογαριασμού, τις χρεώσεις προμήθειας και κόστους υπηρεσίας, την ασφάλεια και την ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών στα ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα. Παρουσιάζεται, το ερωτηματολόγιο και η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήθηκε για την έρευνα, παρατίθενται τα αποτελέσματα τα οποία προέκυψαν, με θέμα τη μελέτη της παροχής απαραίτητης τεκμηριωμένης πληροφόρησης για τις απόψεις και τις στάσεις των χρηστών υπηρεσιών ηλεκτρονικών συναλλαγών.

| Abstract: | The purpose of this project is to study and record the addition of Greek consumers use the PayPal service. Initially, a brief reference to issues related to PayPal, such as creating an account, the supply and cost of service charges, safety and quality of services in online stores.Presented, the questionnaire and the methodology used for the survey, the results have been generated, on the study of providing the necessary factual information about the views and attitudes of the electronic transaction service users. |
