Supply chain management and its application in oinopoeia distillery distillery Evangelos Tsantalis SA (Bachelor thesis)

Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη του κλάδου της διαχείρισης εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας και της εφαρμογής της στη σύγχρονη εταιρία.
Αρχικά, γίνεται μια εννοιολογική προσέγγιση των όρων διαχείριση εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας, της προμήθειας και των αποθεμάτων. Έπειτα, παρουσιάζεται το τμήμα διεύθυνσης logistics το οποίο είναι ο συνδετικός κρίκος της εταιρίας με τους πελάτες. Στη συνέχεια, πραγματοποιείται μελέτη περίπτωσης στην εταιρία ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ ΤΣΑΝΤΑΛΗΣ Α.Ε. και παρατίθενται τα συμπεράσματα τα οποία προέκυψαν μέσα από την έρευνα.

| Abstract: | The purpose of this work is the study of supply chain management sector and implementation of the modern company. Initially, there is a conceptual approach to the terms supply chain management, supply and stocks. Then occurs the address portion logistics which is linking the company with customers. Then place the case study company TSANTALIS EVANGELOS and set out the conclusions which emerged through research. |
