dc.description.abstract	The purpose of the study is the presentation of the effects caused by the economic crisis in the real estate industry and consumer behavior. Initially, there is a general reference to the economic crisis that has hit Greece and its causes. Then, place, extensive analysis of consumer behavior and examines the impact of the economic crisis in the real estate industry. Finally, the research results are given, based on a questionnaire and interviews in Kordelio - Evosmos Thessaloniki concerning buying or renting property.	en

heal.abstract	Σκοπός της μελέτης είναι, η παρουσίαση των επιπτώσεων που προκάλεσε η οικονομική κρίση στο κλάδο των ακινήτων και στη συμπεριφορά του καταναλωτή. Αρχικά, γίνεται μια γενική αναφορά στην οικονομική κρίση που έχει πλήξει την Ελλάδα και τα αίτιά της. Στη συνέχεια, πραγματοποιείται, εκτεταμένη ανάλυση της συμπεριφοράς του καταναλωτή και εξετάζονται οι επιπτώσεις της οικονομικής κρίσης στον κλάδο των ακινήτων. Τέλος, δίνονται τα αποτελέσματα έρευνας, βάση ερωτηματολογίου και συνεντεύξεων στο δήμο Κορδελιού – Εύοσμου Θεσσαλονίκης που αφορούσε την αγορά ή ενοικίαση ακινήτου.	el
