Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present all aspects of the Greek Public Administration, such as the proper functioning of the public service obligations, rights, privileges and limitations of those who hold public positions. Initially, there is a detailed description of the process public sector hiring, payroll and rating. Then they analyzed the redundancy issues of personnel training needs of civil servants and training institutions of human resources, such as the National Centre for Public Administration. Finally, presented the personnel evaluation tools, aimed at improving the functioning of public sector organizations and assessment systems in place.
