Organic cultivation of alfalfa in the prefecture of Drama (Bachelor thesis)

Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής είναι η παρουσίαση της βιολογικής καλλιέργειας μηδικής στο νομό Δράμας.
Αρχικά, παρουσιάζονται τα είδη της μηδικής και οι καλλιέργειά της στην Ελλάδα. Αναφέρονται οι εδαφικές και κλιματικές απαιτήσεις, ο τρόπος σποράς, οι ασθένειες, η συγκομιδή, αποθήκευση και διάθεση της στην αγορά. Έπειτα, γίνεται εκτεταμένη αναφορά στη βιολογική γεωργία και ειδικότερα της μηδικής στο νομό Δράμας. Περιγράφονται τα χαρακτηριστικά του νομού, τα γεωφυσικά στοιχεία της περιοχής το κλίμα, το κόστος παραγωγής και το καθαρό κέρδος βιολογικής και συμβατικής μηδικής καλλιέργειας.Τέλος, παρατίθενται τα συμπεράσματα τα οποία προέκυψαν μέσα από την έρευνα.

| Abstract: | The purpose of this project is the presentation of organic alfalfa in Drama. Originally presented kinds of alfalfa and cultivated in Greece. The territorial and climatic requirements, the way seeding, diseases, harvesting, storage and disposal of the market. Then makes extensive reference to organic farming and in particular alfalfa in Drama. They describe the characteristics of the county, geophysical elements of the region's climate, cost of production and net organic and conventional alfalfa kalliergeias.Telos profit, given the conclusions which emerged through research. |
