Organic farming of the vineyard in TEI (Bachelor thesis)

Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως σκοπό, τη μετάδοση των σωστών και ουσιωδών αρχών διαχείρισης ενός σύγχρονου βιολογικού αμπελώνα, όπου θα δίνεται έμφαση σε καλλιεργητικές μεθόδους και σε συστήματα χλωράς λίπανσης, καθώς και σε άλλες πρακτικές που εφαρμόζονται στη βιολογική καλλιέργεια και συγκεκριμένα στον αμπελώνα του αγροκτήματος του Α.Τ.Ε.Ι. Θεσσαλονίκης.
Αρχικά, πραγματοποιείται μια ιστορική αναδρομή στο τομέα της αμπελουργίας. Παρατίθεται, η νομοθεσία για τα προϊόντα της βιολογικής καλλιέργειας και τα κριτήρια που είναι απαραίτητα για να θεωρηθεί μια καλλιέργεια βιολογική. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζεται ο τρόπος καλλιέργειας ενός αμπελώνα, η καταλληλότητα του εδάφους, η λίπανση, το κλάδεμα, οι ασθένειες (μυκητολογικές, εντομολογικές), ποιες ποικιλίες καλλιεργούνται γηγενείς και ξενικές και τέλος, παρατίθενται τα συμπεράσματα τα οποία προέκυψαν από έρευνα που πραγματοποιήθηκε.

| Abstract: | The aim of our research is to find out what are the knowledge of the residents of Thessaloniki for organic products if the trust and preference in relation to conventional and whether they use on a daily basis. The implementation of our research was accomplished through questionnaires and search information on organic farmers markets, online and in books to people of different ages, gender, family and economic situation and educational level in most municipalities of Thessaloniki. Then the classification and evaluation of the results was performed by all the questionnaires and statistics research created. The evaluation results show that the inhabitants of Thessaloniki although not have sufficient knowledge about organic products and crops, keep a positive attitude towards them, but, due to the current economic situation and increased prices on products, finally not prefer turning to conventional. |
