| heal.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής είναι η περιγραφή των σταδίων της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας της μπύρας. Αρχικά, γίνεται μια ιστορική αναδρομή στην ιστορία της ζυθοποιίας από το παρελθόν μέχρι σήμερα και αναφέρονται οι πρώτες ύλες για την παραγωγή της. Στη συνέχεια, γίνεται λόγος για την παραγωγική διαδικασία και τα στάδια παραγωγής της μπύρας, την εκβιομηχάνιση της παραγωγής και τη συμβολή της τεχνολογίας στη σύγχρονη ζυθοποιία. Εξετάζονται δύο είδη αυτής, η lager και Ales και τέλος, παρατίθενται στατιστικά στοιχεία σε ότι αφορά την παραγωγή της μπύρας σε Ελλάδα και Ευρώπη. | el |
