Quest and crop viruses (Bachelor thesis)

Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη της αναζήτησης και καλλιέργειας των ιών, η ταξινόμηση, μορφολογία και οι βιοχημικές ιδιότητες τους.
Αρχικά, έχουμε εκτεταμένη ανάλυση των χαρακτηριστικών των ιών. Έπειτα, γίνεται λόγος για τα στάδια της αναπαραγωγής των ιών και για τις κυτταροκαλλιέργειες. Στη συνέχεια, παρατίθεται η εργαστηριακή διάγνωση των υιικών λοιμώξεων. Τέλος, πραγματοποιούνται και παρουσιάζονται κάποιες ορολογικές δοκιμές.

| Abstract: | The object of this work is the study of search and cultivation of viruses, classification, morphology and their biochemical properties. Initially, we have a comprehensive analysis of the virus characteristics. Then talk about the stages of reproduction of the virus and the cell. Then, given the laboratory diagnosis of filial infections. Finally, some serological tests are carried out and presented. |
