Abstract

The following work is an attempt information to understand what is happening in the agricultural sector, namely what are the environmental measures in Greece and which of these are applicable in the agricultural sector. Analyzed, international environmental law, characteristics and principles followed by the environmental legislation in the European Union and in Greece. There is talk of the role of the Common Agricultural Policy, the reforms was and what position towards environmental measures implemented. They analyze these measures and the way in which they are applied in agriculture, as well as environmental deficits that exist in Greece.
