Diagnosis of cancer in a patient of any age is tragic news, not only for the patient himself, but also for family around. Also extremely unpleasant is the diagnosis of cancer in a young woman who hasn't had create her own family, not had her own child. In this case, the situation is even more critical, not only for the patient but also for the doctor, who should take into account, the treatment of cancer and the desire of the woman to maintain her fertility in order to be able to make a child. The purpose of this thesis is to highlight the valid and timely diagnosis and treatment of gynecological cancer with modern surgical and alternative methods.Although cancer treatment is top importance, the maintenance of fertility in women who have become ill is a challenge for gynecologists. Although many of the typical therapies to treat these malignancies lead to permanent sterilization, the increase in similar incidents in recent years moreover younger patients has led medicine to attempt to maintain fertility through various methods, either surgical either through assisted reproduction.
