The aim of the thesis is to present the investigation steps of the inferior couples, the specialized information and guidance according to each case for the solution of the issues and the corresponding counseling. Emphasis is placed on all the clinical and laboratory tests to be submitted to the prospective couple, the possible pathological findings in the investigation and the ways to deal with them. It also analyzes all available assisted reproduction techniques as well as the psychology of these couples that can be enhanced by appropriate counseling.
