| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία έχει σκοπό την περιγραφή και την ανάλυση της παθολογίας του πλακούντα, του αμνιακού υγρού και του ομφαλίου λώρου.Στο 1ο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η διαδικασία της πλακουντοποίησης. Περιγράφεται λεπτομερώς η δομή και η λειτουργία του πλακούντα, καθώς και η εμβρυο-μητροπλακουντιακή κυκλοφορία. Επιπλέον αναλύονται οι ανοσολογικές ιδιότητες του πλακούντα, η ενδοκρινική λειτουργία του και τέλος τα συστήματα μεταφοράς διαμέσου του πλακούντα. Στο 2ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια ανάλυση σχετικά με την παραγωγή και την λειτουργία του αμνιακού υγρού. Αρχικά περιγράφονται οι λειτουργίες του αμνιακού υγρού και στη συνέχεια η παραγωγή και η σύστασή του. Επιπλέον, αναλύεται η ρύθμιση του όγκου και της παραγωγής του αμνιακού υγρού, καθώς και οι μέθοδοι εκτίμησης του όγκου του αμνιακού υγρού. Τέλος, περιγράφονται τα κύτταρα που βρίσκονται στο αμνιακό υγρό. Στο 3ο κεφάλαιο περιγράφεται ο σχηματισμός του ομφαλίου λώρου. Επιπλέον, αναλύεται το μήκος του ομφαλίου λώρου και το κατά πόσο αυτό μεταβάλλεται με την εξέλιξη της κύησης και τέλος η παρουσία βλαστικών κυττάρων στο αίμα του ομφαλίου λώρου. Στο 4ο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται η παθολογία του πλακούντα. Συγκεκριμένα περιγράφονται οι ανατομικές διαταραχές του πλακούντα, όπως για παράδειγμα το εμφρακτό του πλακούντα, και οι ανωμαλίες πρόσφυσής του. Στο 5ο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η παθολογία του αμνιακού υγρού. Περιγράφονται λεπτομερώς το υδράμνιο και το ολιγάμνιο, καθώς και άλλες παθολογικές καταστάσεις του αμνιακού υγρού, όπως η χοριοαμνιωνίτιδα. Στο 6ο κεφάλαιο πραγματοποιείται ανάλυση της παθολογίας του ομφαλίου λώρου. Περιγράφονται με λεπτομέρεια οι ανωμαλίες πρόσφυσης του ομφαλίου λώρου, καθώς και άλλες ανωμαλίες που εμποδίζουν την αιματική ροή. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of the present dissertation is describing and analyzing the pathology of placenta, amniotic fluid and umbilical cord. Initially, a description of the creation of placenta, amniotic fluid and umbilical cord is made.The first chapter analyzes the process of placentation. It describes in detail the structure and function of the placenta, as well as the embryo-matrix-placental circulation. In addition, the immune properties of the placenta, its endocrine function and finally the placenta transport systems are analyzed. In Chapter 2 an analysis is made on the production and function of amniotic fluid. Initially describe the functions of amniotic fluid and then its production and composition. In addition, the volume and production of amniotic fluid are analyzed, as well as methods of estimating amniotic fluid volume. Finally, the cells found in the amniotic fluid are described. The third chapter describes the formation of the umbilical cord. In addition, the length of the umbilical cord is analyzed and whether it changes with the progression of pregnancy and finally the presence of stem cells in umbilical cord blood. The fourth chapter refers to the placenta pathology. In particular, anatomical disorders of the placenta, such as placental obstruction, and abnormalities of the placenta are described. In chapter 5 we analyze the pathology of amniotic fluid. Hydramnios and oligohydramnios are described in detail, as well as other pathological conditions of the amniotic fluid, such as chorioamnionitis. Chapter 6 analyzes the umbilical cord pathology. The umbilical cord abnormalities are described in detail, as well as other abnormalities that prevent blood flow. | en |
