The immune system is a complex network of cells and substances. Its physiological role is to protect the body and treat infections, viruses and microorganisms that invade the body. When someone is suffering from an autoimmune disease, his immune system erroneously attacks, strikes himself, attacks the body itself with target tissues, organs and cells. The immune system is overactive and reacts to anything, losing the ability to distinguish between what is its own and what is foreign. People with autoimmune diseases lose their immune tolerance as their primary immune system. SLE is an autoimmune rheumatoid disease. The main feature of the disease is the immune system dysfunction and the production of autoantibodies, leading to chronic inflammation of multiple organs. During pregnancy, the disease is exacerbated, physiology changes. The interaction of SLE and pregnancy is too complicated, but advances in the pathophysiology and diagnosis and a large number of therapeutic trials for SLE therapy have greatly improved the perinatal outcome. The purpose of this study is to diagnose Systemic Erythema warts (LAP) in pregnancy through a bibliographic review of the latest data with a view to better patient care. Material and method. A review of Greek literature was carried out, and articles from scientific journals and scientific articles posted on the internet were used.
