Library processing of library material of the 2nd Primary School Kalamarias and insert records in ABEKT (Bachelor thesis)

Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση της οργάνωσης και επεξεργασίας του υλικού της σχολικής βιβλιοθήκης του 2ου δημοτικού σχολειού Καλαμαριάς και η καταχώρηση των εγγραφών στο ΑΒΕΚΤ.
Αρχικά, πραγματοποιείται παρουσίαση της σχολικής βιβλιοθήκης. Στη συνέχεια, γίνεται αναφορά στην επιλογή του προγράμματος καταγραφής του υλικού και των κανόνων που έχει. Έπειτα, αναλύεται ο τρόπος δημιουργίας εγγραφής κάποιου τεκμηρίου στον κατάλογο, ο τρόπος εισαγωγής και επεξεργασίας των εγγραφών στο σύστημα ΑΒΕΚΤ και τέλος, τα ευρετήρια εικόνων, τίτλων, φυσικών προσώπων, συλλογικών οργάνων και θεμάτων.

| Abstract: | Subject of this thesis is to present the organization and editing of the school library material of the 2nd Primary Schools Kalamaria and registration of entries in ABEKT. First, place the presentation of the school library. Then, referring to the selection of the material recording program and the rules it has. Then, the way one item in the list subscription creation is analyzed, the way import and processing of records in ABEKT system and finally the image indexes, securities, individuals, corporate bodies and issues. |
