complement and shape the complex tourist product with a dominant sector,
that of hospitality. Hospitality, combined with a variety of other activities,
provides the most important ingredient in the tourist product, its stay and
consumption and its term has prevailed since ancient times.
The hospitality sector includes several accommodations, including
hotels, of which the first ones that were created and had the same or similar
philosophy as those of today, began from the early Middle Ages.
Most of today’s hotel businesses are lagging behind in certain
standards of administration and management. The term management
applies to all businesses which have to do with products delivered to clients
and especially to this specific type of business, that of the hotel. In
addition, most hotel businesses contain some basic features, basic amenities
and services and specific operating segments.

group, keeps since its first day of its foundation some specific principles
and philosophy that has not changed over the years.
