Ανάλυση των χρηματοοικονομικών καταστάσεων των εταιρειών ΜΥΛΟΙ ΛΟΥΛΗ και ΜΥΛΟΙ ΚΕΠΕΝΟΣ (Bachelor thesis)

This paper is an effort to apply the basic principles of financial analysis for companies producing and standardizing flour, presenting their most recent published financial data. Specifically, these two companies are ΜΥΛΟΙ ΛΟΥΛΟΙ and ΜΥΛΟΙ ΚΕΠΕΝΟΣ. At the beginning of this paper, the meanings, as well as the methods of financial analysis, are presented. After this comes the analysis of financial statements for the two companies, such as the balance sheet, the income statement and the profit distribution table, which are really important for drawing the appropriate conclusions. This is followed by the indexes analysis, which is equally significant. In addition to that, general data for the flour industry in Greece, a really important industry, are presented, followed by the analysis of the process of cultivating, producing and standardizing flour. It is worth mentioning that there is a growing interest for flour investments, as it is an important economic factor. However, due to the financial crisis the consumption of flour in Greece and EU has declined. Furthermore, financial and general data about the companies are mentioned and their financial indexes are analyzed. In the end, their financial indexes are compared with the use of the corresponding diagrams.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί μία προσπάθεια εφαρμογής της χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης στην περίπτωση δύο εταιριών που δραστηριοποιούνται στην παραγωγή και τυποποίηση αλευριών . Πιο συγκεκριμένα της εταιρείας μύλοι ΛΟΥΛΗ και μύλοι ΚΕΠΕΝΟΣ παρουσιάζοντας τα πιο πρόσφατα δημοσιευμένα οικονομικά τους στοιχεία. Στην αρχή της εργασίας παρουσιάζεται η έννοια της χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης καθώς και οι μέθοδοι ανάλυσης. Ακολούθως, αναλύονται οι χρηματοοικονομικές καταστάσεις όπου ο ισολογισμός, η κατάσταση αποτελεσμάτων χρήσης και ο πίνακας διάθεσης κερδών παίζουν σημαντικό ρόλο στην εξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων. Σημαντικότατο ρόλο παίζουν και οι αριθμοδείκτες που αναλύονται έπειτα. Στη συνέχεια της εργασίας, αναφέρονται γενικά στοιχεία για τον κλάδο της αλευροβιομηχανίας ο οποίος αποτελεί σημαντικό τομέα στην Ελλάδα. Έπειτα, αναλύεται ο τρόπος με τον οποίο γίνεται η καλλιέργεια του αλευριού καθώς και η διαδικασία παραγωγής και τυποποίησης του. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι επειδή το αλεύρι είναι σημαντικός οικονομικός παράγοντας υπάρχει έντονο ενδιαφέρον για επενδύσεις. Επιπροσθέτως, λόγω της οικονομικής κρίσης η κατανάλωση του αλευριού εμφανίζεται μειωμένη στην Ελλάδα αλλά και στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. Στη συνέχεια, αναφέρονται πληροφοριακά και οικονομικά στοιχεία από κάθε εταιρεία. Ακολούθως, αναλύονται οι αριθμοδείκτες και για τις δύο εταιρείες. Τέλος, συγκρίνονται οι αριθμοδείκτες μεταξύ των δύο εταιρειών με την μορφή διαγραμμάτων.
