Εργασιακό άγχος και αποτελεσματικότητα:Το παράδειγμα των εργαζομένων στις διευθύνσεις πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης Θεσσαλονίκης (Master thesis)

The following diploma thesis approaches work-related issues of teachers and administrators working in a Primary Education Directorate. Its purpose is to investigate the levels of work anxiety that they experience while studying their views on the factors that affect the anxiety they experience as a result of their work with their demographics and their profile . The survey was based on a questionnaire structured with closed-ended questions. Statistical analysis of the collected data showed that the sample experienced moderate to high levels of work-related stress, and a series of correlations were created. The degree of work-related anxiety researched in relation to gender and some dimensions related to age and years of service. Finally, there are some distinctions and correlations with earlier surveys.

| Abstract: | Η ακόλουθη διπλωματική εργασία προσεγγίζει ζητήματα που σχετίζονται με το εργασιακό άγχος των εκπαιδευτικών και των διοικητικών υπαλλήλων που εργάζονται σε Διεύθυνση Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης. Σκοπός της είναι η διερεύνηση των επιπέδων εργασιακού άγχους που βιώνουν, ενώ παράλληλα, μελετώνται οι απόψεις τους αναφορικά με τους παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν το άγχος που βιώνουν ως αποτέλεσμα της ενασχόλησής τους με την εργασία, σε συνάρτηση με τα δημογραφικά τους στοιχεία και στοιχεία του υπηρεσιακού τους προφίλ. Η διεξαγωγή της έρευνας στηρίχτηκε σε ερωτηματολόγιο δομημένο με κλειστού τύπου ερωτήσεις. Από τη στατιστική επεξεργασία των δεδομένων που συλλέχθηκαν προέκυψε ότι το δείγμα βιώνει μέτρια προς υψηλά επίπεδα εργασιακού άγχους και δημιουργήθηκε μια σειρά συσχετίσεων. Ο βαθμός εργασιακού άγχους ερευνάται στατιστικώς σε σχέση με το φύλο και κάποιες διαστάσεις που σχετίζονται με την ηλικία καθώς και τα έτη υπηρεσίας. Τέλος, επισημαίνονται ορισμένες διαφοροποιήσεις σε σχέση με παλιότερες έρευνες.
