Επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο μάρκετινγκ σε υπό ίδρυση ιδιωτικό δημοτικό σχολείο στο νομό Δράμας για το έτος 2018-2019 (Master thesis)

This dissertation was formed for the needs of the Master Degree Program on
Administration and Organization of Educational Units appertained to Business
Administration Department of Alexander Technological Educational Institute of
Thessaloniki.
The subject of this study is initially the development of a business plan of a nonpublic primary educational unit and afterwards the research about the viability of the
organization for the next five years.
The dissertation starts with a detailed description of the historical development of
private education in Greece. Consequently, an analysis of the company is made
concerning the vision and the mission of the organization, the educational services
which will offer, the financial statement and the environment in which it is going to
operate.
Moreover, a research about the meaning of Marketing is being made and the way in
which it can be implemented in the field of education is presented. In addition, a
description of the strategic marketing plan is following which includes the targets of
Marketing with the corresponding strategies by the implementation of which the
fulfillment of the goals becomes more possible.
The study continues with a reference to the strategic analysis of the educational unit
which includes the internal and external analysis (Swot Analysis). At this point, there
is an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the organization as well as of the
opportunities and threats it is going to deal with.
It could be a mistake not to mention in this study the importance of the Marketing
Mix which is a very important ingredient for the business plan to success.
Finally, in the last part of the dissertation a research about the viability of the
organization is being made based on the presentation of the expected corporate
earnings and expenses for the next five years
