This essay deals with the communication and conflicts of the employees in
Public Administration, the point that these concepts converge and how they interact.
There will be an attempt to study the emotional intelligence of the employees as a
factor in strengthening or weakening both of the above concepts, communication and
conflicts and how they can be effectively addressed if there is emotional intelligence
among employees.
This essay consists of two parts. In the first part we will deal with the theoretical
background and in the second with the research. In the theoretical part, in the
bibliographic review we will study the terms of communication, conflict and
emotional intelligence separately so as to create a complete picture of their
definitions, their types, their theories and their functions. At the same time we will
formulate the research case, which will be whether interpersonal relationships,
empathy and communication are related to tension and conflict resolution.
In the second part of the essay we will focus on the research methodology and
on the objectification and functionality of the concepts, we will compile our research
tool for the specific task, which will be the questionnaire and we will deal with the
sampling and the analysis of these questionnaires. At the same time we will define
the purpose and the case of research and we will refer to its methodology.
In the last two chapters of the essay, we will be analyzing the data, abstracting
conclusions of the questionnaire and will be discussing about the inferences and the
possible alternatives that will come out of this research

| Abstract: | Η εργασία αυτή ασχολείται με την επικοινωνία και τις συγκρούσεις των
εργαζομένων στη Δημόσια Διοίκηση, το πού αυτές οι έννοιες συγκλίνουν και το
πώς αλληλοεπηρεάζονται. Επίσης επιδιώκεται η μελέτη της συναισθηματικής
νοημοσύνης των εργαζομένων, ως παράγοντας ενίσχυσης ή αποδυνάμωσης και των
δύο παραπάνω εννοιών, της επικοινωνίας και των συγκρούσεων, καθώς και ο
τρόπος που μπορούν να αντιμετωπιστούν αποτελεσματικά εφόσον υπάρχει
συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη στους εργαζόμενους.
Η εργασία αυτή αποτελείται από δύο μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος θα
ασχοληθούμε με το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο και στο δεύτερο με το ερευνητικό. Στο
θεωρητικό κομμάτι, στην βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση θα μελετήσουμε τους όρους
της επικοινωνίας, της σύγκρουσης και της συναισθηματικής νοημοσύνης χωριστά,
ώστε να δημιουργήσουμε μια ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα των ορισμών, των ειδών, των
θεωριών και των λειτουργιών τους. Ταυτόχρονα θα διατυπώσουμε και το
ερευνητικό ερώτημα, το οποίο θα είναι το κατά πόσο οι διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις, η
ενσυναίσθηση και η επικοινωνία συσχετίζονται με την ένταση και την επίλυση των
συγκρούσεων.
Στο δεύτερο μέρος θα επικεντρωθούμε στη μεθοδολογία της έρευνας και
στην αντικειμενικοποίηση και λειτουργικότητα των εννοιών, θα συντάξουμε το
ερευνητικό μας εργαλείο που για την συγκεκριμένη εργασία θα είναι το
ερωτηματολόγιο και θα ασχοληθούμε με τη δειγματοληψία και την ανάλυση των
ερωτηματολογίων. Ταυτόχρονα θα ορίσουμε τον σκοπό και την υπόθεση της
έρευνας και θα αναφερθούμε στη μεθοδολογία της.
Η ανάλυση των δεδομένων, η εξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων σχετικά με το
ερωτηματολόγιο, τα συμπεράσματα και οι πιθανές εναλλακτικές προτάσεις που θα
