Οι απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών για τη σχολική ηγεσία και πως αυτή μπορεί να συμβάλλει στη συμπερίληψη όλων των παιδιών σ’ένα σχολείο (Master thesis)

Τhe purpose of this survey is to study and explore the attitudes and views of Primary
Education for School Leadership in the Greek School, as well as whether it is able to
contribute to the inclusion of children in school. For this purpose, a quantitative survey was
carried out on a sample of 100 teachers using an appropriate questionnaire. The results of the
survey revealed that the school leaders are following a leadership driven both by the
principles of transformational leadership and by the principles of distributed or participatory
Leadership as it has been observed that directors are willing to change views and attitudes,
guide the organization through the necessary changes to achieve its goals. Likewise, teachers
also want school managers to follow a leadership that is driven both by the principles of
transformational leadership and by the principles of participative leadership. In addition, the
results have shown that school managers contribute greatly to the inclusion of children with
special learning needs. Finally, it was observed that features that are consistent with the
principles of transformational and participative leadership are positively related to the
director's strategies that enhance the inclusion

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να μελετήσει και να διερευνήσει τις στάσεις και τις
απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών της Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης απέναντι στη Σχολική Ηγεσία
και στις στρατηγικές που αναπτύσσει για την επίτευξη της συμπερίληψης όλων των παιδιών
σε ένα σχολείο. Για το σκοπό αυτό διεξήχθη ποσοτική έρευνα σε δείγμα 100 εκπαιδευτικών
με χρήση ερωτηματολογίου. Από τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας προέκυψε ότι οι διευθυντές
των σχολικών μονάδων ακολουθούν μια ηγεσία που διέπεται τόσο από τις αρχές της
μετασχηματιστικής ηγεσίας όσο και από τις αρχές της κατανεμημένης ή συμμετοχικής
Ηγεσίας καθώς παρατηρήθηκε ότι οι διευθυντές είναι πρόθυμοι να αλλάξουν απόψεις και
στάσεις, αλλά και να καθοδηγήσουν τον οργανισμό, μέσω των απαραίτητων αλλαγών, στην
επίτευξη των στόχων του. Παρόμοια, και οι εκπαιδευτικοί επιθυμούν οι διευθυντές των
σχολικών μονάδων να ακολουθούν μια ηγεσία που κατευθύνεται τόσο από τις αρχές της
μετασχηματιστικής ηγεσίας όσο και από τις αρχές της Κατανεμημένης ή Συμμετοχικής
Ηγεσίας. Επιπρόσθετα, τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι οι διευθυντές των σχολικών μονάδων
συμβάλλουν σε μεγάλο βαθμό στην συμπερίληψη των παιδιών με ειδικές μαθησιακές
ανάγκες. Τέλος, παρατηρήθηκε ότι χαρακτηριστικά που συνάδουν με τις αρχές της
μετασχηματιστικής και της συμμετοχικής ηγεσίας σχετίζονται θετικά με τις στρατηγικές του
