Μέτρηση ικανοποίησης πελατών μετά την ολοκλήρωση διαμονής τους στο Wyndham grand Athens (Master thesis)

This study focus on measuring customer satisfaction at Wyndham Grand Athens as well as factors contribute to satisfaction. The subject is covered both theoretically, through the review of the international literature and the empirical, by conducting a questionnaire survey of a sample of 97 hotel guests after the completion of their stay. The results showed high levels of satisfaction from the hotel in the majority of the factors studied. Wyndham Grand Athens customers were very satisfied with the hotel reception and facilities, the hotel's room service, the restaurant and bar, and the hotel staff. These findings support the results of previous surveys that have shown that customer satisfaction in five-star hotels and luxury hotels is high because their ranking in this category (with stars) suggests a high level of quality service.
