Ανίχνευση επιμορφωτικών αναγκών διευθυντών σχολικών μονάδων αναφορικά με την επαγγελματική ενδυνάμωση και ψυχολογικές συνιστώσες: (Master thesis)

The purpose of this study is to explore the perceptions and attitudes of primary education head
teacher regarding continuous professional development. The study was meant to explore the will
of head teachers to participate in educational programs as well as to pinpoint any possible
subjects they would like to emphasize. The study used the quantitative method of a questionnaire
sent to 35 primary school head teachers in Samos prefecture. The findings indicated a positive
attitude towards continuous learning, and the subjects pinpointed any desired themes they felt
they had the need to encapture. Moreover, the subjects embodied any concerns regarding the
realization and fulfillment of such programs.
Allfactorswerevaluedasimportantjudgingthattheexistenceofsuchprogramsplayanimportantroletoth
esuccessfuland proper functioning of the greek primary school. The finding could be a useful
guide for the implementation of a further survey emboding more criterias and more subject areas
from a national point of view

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα έρευνα αποσκοπούσε στην διερεύνηση επιμορφωτικών αναγκών των διευθυντών ,
των στάσεων και αντιλήψεων των διευθυντών Σχολικών Μονάδων απέναντι στην επιμόρφωση.
Η έρευνα είχε ως σκοπό να ανιχνεύσει τη βούληση για τη συμμετοχή σε επιμορφωτικά
προγράμματα, καθώς και την επιθυμητή θεματική των προγραμμάτων αυτών. Για τη διεξαγωγή
της χρησιμοποιήθηκε η ποσοτική μέθοδος προσέγγισης, και κατασκευάστηκε ένα
ερωτηματολόγιο που στάλθηκε με τη χρήση του ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου στους διευθυντές
Σχολικών Μονάδων της Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης Σάμου. Το δείγμα αποτέλεσαν 35 στελέχη
από το νομό Σάμου. Τα ευρήματά της ανέδειξαν θετική στάση απέναντι σε πρόθεση δημιουργίας
επιμορφωτικών προγραμμάτων κα αναδείχθηκαν επίσης και επιθυμητές θεματικές. Οι
συμμετέχοντες κατέγραψαν ακόμη και τους προβληματισμούς τους αναφορικά με κρίσιμα
σημεία των επιμορφωτικών προγραμμάτων. Όλοι οι παράγοντες που αξιολογήθηκαν ως
σημαντικοί από τους συμμετέχοντες , κρίνοντας ότι η ύπαρξη επιμόρφωσης αποτελεί κρίσιμο
και καθοριστικό παράγοντα για τη σωστή και ομαλή λειτουργία της Σ.Μ. Τα ευρήματα της
παρούσας έρευνας είναι σημαντικά γιατί αποτελούν μια μικρή εικόνα των αναγκών των
διευθυντών Σ.Μ της περιφέρειας, αναδεικνύοντας την ανάγκη επιμόρφωσης σε ευρύτερο εθνικό
