Οι αντιλήψεις των εκπαιδευτικών σχετικά με τους παράγοντες δημιουργίας θετικού σχολικού κλίματος σε εκπαιδευτικές μονάδες: (Master thesis)

The existence of a positive school climate in educational establishments has emerged from international literature as a key factor in the creation of effective schools. The subject of the present study is the school climate prevailing in the special schools of the island of Lemnos, while the main purpose of the research is to highlight the perceptions of teachers about the factors that create a positive climate within the schools they serve. The theoretical part of the study reviewed the literature and found that the manager’s and teacher’s communication, leadership and cooperation and trust among the members of the teachers’ association directly affected school life and the school climate. The survey was attended by teachers from the special schools of Lemnos, and the participants developed their perceptions and presented their experiences through a structured interview, the questions of which formed after studying the relevant literature and in collaboration with the supervising professor. The results of the survey showed that the school climate is shaped and influenced by the way school leadership is exercised, from the spirit of cooperation between the members of the teachers' association and the working environment (permanent, deputy) of the teachers
