The present thesis aims at designing and constructing a three-dimensional teaching aid, which will present the operation of a manual transmission with constant gear mesh and shaft distance, of five plus one gears with blocker ring synchromesh units. A description of the design of the model is made, which consists of a set of individual interactive models, from the conception of the idea to its implementation with the help of the three-dimensional printing method.
