Στάσεις και αντιλήψεις εκπαιδευτικών δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης του Νομού Θεσσαλονίκης για την εισαγωγή καινοτόμων προγραμμάτων:Η περίπτωση της θεματικής εβδομάδας (Master thesis)

This paper entitled “Attitudes and Views of Secondary Education Teachers of Thessaloniki to introduce and apply innovative programs-The case of Thematic Week”. In particular, the thematic week is an innovation introduced to high school in the school year 2016-2017, with mixed feelings from teachers. The aim of our research is to capture these feelings and opinions, so that we can see how they have handled this innovation. Also, another target of this examination is if the design of the thematic week eventually achieved its goal of informing and raising the awareness of the educational community on issues concerning teenagers with innovative methods. The theoretical approach to the subject presented the concepts of change and innovation. Furthermore, the types of educational innovation as well as the conditions of its introduction and the models of design and application of innovation were presented in this subject, as well. The factors influencing the success or failure of innovation, as well as models for designing and applying innovation, were analyzed. Finally, the role of the school counselor, school leader, teachers, pupils and their parents in the implementation of innovation, were presented.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία με τίτλο «Στάσεις και αντιλήψεις εκπαιδευτικών Δ/θμιας εκπαίδευσης του ν. Θεσσαλονίκης για την εισαγωγή και εφαρμογή καινοτόμων προγραμμάτων. Η περίπτωση της θεματικής εβδομάδας» Συγκεκριμένα η θεματική εβδομάδα είναι μια καινοτομία που εισήχθη στο γυμνάσιο το σχολικό έτος 20162017, με ανάμεικτα αισθήματα από τους εκπαιδευτικούς. Στόχος της έρευνάς μας είναι να καταγράψουμε αυτά τα αισθήματα και τις απόψεις, ώστε να διαπιστώσουμε τον τρόπο με τον οποίο χειρίστηκαν τη συγκεκριμένη καινοτομία. Αν τελικά ο σχεδιασμός της θεματικής εβδομάδας πέτυχε το στόχο του, που ήταν η ενημέρωση και ευαισθητοποίηση της εκπαιδευτικής κοινότητας πάνω σε θέματα που αφορούν τους εφήβους, με καινοτόμες μεθόδους. Κατά τη θεωρητική προσέγγιση του θέματος παρουσιάστηκαν οι έννοιες της αλλαγής και της καινοτομίας. Τα είδη της εκπαιδευτικής καινοτομίας καθώς επίσης και οι προϋποθέσεις εισαγωγής της και τα μοντέλα σχεδιασμού και εφαρμογής της καινοτομίας. Αναλύθηκαν οι παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν την επιτυχία ή την αποτυχία της καινοτομίας καθώς και τα μοντέλα σχεδιασμού και υλοποίησης της καινοτομίας. Παρουσιάστηκε ο ρόλος που έχει στην υλοποίηση της καινοτομίας ο σχολικός σύμβουλος, ο διευθυντής της σχολικής μονάδας, οι εκπαιδευτικοί, οι μαθητές και οι γονείς τους.
