The diploma work that I was assigned to the needs of completing my four-year study program concerns the organic cultivation of tomato and cucumber in the area of Marathon. The work is modeled in a way that is believed to serve a better understanding of the process followed for writing. Thus, since the introduction of an Introduction accompanied by the definition, delimitation and basic principles of organic farming in a wider context of approach, the wording of the general principles, rules and legislative rights and constraints accompanying it follows. After this clarification follows the main part where the exact process of cultivation, cultivation and growth of the tomato and cucumber greenhouse is analyzed. . The fourth part contains a comprehensive reference to harmful and potentially affected plant substances and organisms, while at the same time listing any enhancing factors that may undermine their growth. In the last part of the work, a more comprehensive assessment is made, including findings, possible objections and concluding remarks, while giving food for further thought and research
