This project refers to parents and educators of preschool two classes of people exist in society and both have a common goal not parenting. The main topic was given by my supervisor Professor lady Psalti Anastasia and admittedly I was surprised because I had no information on this subject. With my line I thought to seek information on the Internet and in books but only this is not enough. Parents are the primary source of information and for this reason were interviewed.
So, according to what she found and what has been said of the parents is a primary concern of both as mentioned above, the proper development of children. They want to build character and to build and their relationships. Two words constantly used: truths and trust them enough for a sound relationship of parents and educators.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή αναφέρεται στους γονείς και στους παιδαγωγούς της προσχολικής αγωγής δύο κατηγορίες ανθρώπων που συνυπάρχουν στην κοινωνία και έχουν και οι δύο ως κοινό στόχο ην ανατροφή των παιδιών. Το κύριο θέμα είχε δοθεί από την επιβλέπουσα καθηγήτρια μου κυρία Αναστασία Ψάλτη και ομολογουμένως μου έκανε εντύπωση διότι δεν είχα πληροφορίες πάνω σε αυτό το θέμα. Με την σειρά μου σκέφτηκα να αναζητήσω πληροφορίες στο διαδίκτυο και σε βιβλία αλλά μόνο αυτό δεν έφτανε. Οι γονείς είναι η κυριότερη πηγή πληροφοριών και γι αυτό τον λόγο πραγματοποιήθηκαν συνεντεύξεις.
Σύμφωνα λοιπόν με όσα η ίδια βρήκα και με όσα ειπώθηκαν από τους γονείς ένα είναι το κύριο μέλημα και των δύο όπως αναφέρθηκε και παραπάνω η σωστή ανάπτυξη των παιδιών. Θέλουν να χτίσουν χαρακτήρες αλλά και να χτίσουν και τις δικές τους σχέσεις. Δύο λέξεις χρησιμοποιούσαν συνεχώς : αλήθειες και εμπιστοσύνη αυτά φτάνουνε για μία υγιή σχέση γονέων και παιδαγωγών.
