The subject of this thesis is the completion of the organization of the 4th and 15th Primary School of Kalamaria. In the thesis the indexing process (Library of Congress Subject Headings), classification (Dewey Decimal Classification) and the cataloging (AACR2) of books are shown followed by the introduction of documents in the automated KOHA system. Intially, the objectives are presented and the steps that were taken to develop the thesis. Next, information is listed about the primary school of Kalamaria. Then, the operating process of the koha system is shown along with a comprehensive registration example in the fields required. Finally, there are tables in alphabetical order, first by title and then by author, title and author indexes plus all bibliographic records coded in marc21 form.
