The present project was carried out as a thesis of ATEI of Thessaloniki. Firstly, there is a reference to the biological farming and biological fruits, to the role and the importance they have for the life of the consumer, as well as the inspection and the certifications that they undergo for ensuring the consumer. In the next chapter, there is an analysis of the consumer's behavior, the factors they influence it as well as the situation that prevails in the Greek and international market of the biological products. In the last chapter, there is a survey on the consumer's buying interest for biological fruit. A questionnaire is carried out from which necessary conclusions arise for all those who would like to have a more integrated knowledge of the situation that has been configurated for biological fruit in the Greek market.
